GIANNA GRIVETTI

Gianna Grivetti (she/her) is a Native American and Italian-American actress based in New York City. She is a graduate of the Institute for American Musical Theatre in NYC where she trained under industry professionals  Michaeljon Slinger, Michael Minarik, Tonna Miller Valles, Briana Reed and many more. Gianna began dancing at 2 years old and hasn't stopped since. She has trained in all styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip hop, with a focus in Modern, Theatre, Acro-dance, and Jazz funk. In addition to her dance training, she has trained under AcrobaticArts educators, along with training in aerial arts such as trapeze, lyra, and silks. 

Before coming to the city, Gianna grew up in Richmond, KY competing in both dance and gymnastics.

After completing her gymnastics journey, she transitioned into Acrobatic Arts while travelling for dance conventions, and various  dance/musical theater programs through the United States and Canada. She graduated high school in 3 years with honors before moving to the NYC to further extend her training and pursue a professional career.

Gianna also teaches and choreographs for Bluegrass Dance Company in her hometown. The emphasis in all her classes is foundational strength, breathing through movement, and safe stretching with the guidance of Alixa Flexibility.

Gianna is currently available to work in NYC, Cincinnati, Chicago and Miami.
